S.R.O. earned all gold ratings, with distinction in the Show Choir Event.

Then & Now earned gold ratings, with distinction, and became an ISSMA Vocal Jazz State Finalist, meaning they were among the eight highest scoring Vocal Jazz ensembles in the state.

Notable Choir Achievements in the 2018-2019 School Year
¯ Every choir received Gold ratings for performances and sight-reading at ISSMA Concert Choir Contests
¯ Freshman Choir, Then & Now, and SRO received ISSMA “With Distinction” recognition
¯ 23 Vocal events received Gold ratings at Solo & Ensemble District Level, including several perfect scores
¯ 13 Vocal events received Gold ratings at Solo & Ensemble State Level
¯ Then & Now received a Gold rating and SRO a high Silver rating at ISSMA Show Choir Event
¯ Then & Now (for the third year in a row) and SRO were both ISSMA Concert Choir State Finalists: the first time in school history for both choirs in the same year
¯ PMHS Choir Program earned the ISSMA All-Choir Award for the eighth year in a row
¯ PMHS entire Music Department earned the ISSMA All-Department Award for the first time
