Program Advertisements and Patron Lines
There are multiple reasons to place an advertisement in the printed program for the musical:
Every cast member must submit some type of advertisement or patron line for the musical program.
All advertisement orders for the musical printed program are due by the last day before Fall Break. Payment may be submitted after Fall Break, but all ad orders must be paid in full by November 8.
There are several options for printing an advertisement or message in the program:
You can send the text and images in the folder linked below and we will put together the ad. Alternatively, if you want the ad arranged in a particular way, you may put together a complete ad with text and images. However, if your ad does not appropriately fit the available space, it may be visually edited.
Any pictures or business cards must be uploaded as digital images. We will not accept tangible items.

- To recognize a specific student in the cast, crew, or orchestra pit
- To advertise your business
- To financially support the musical and the printing of the program

- Patron lines: cost $2 per every ten words (i.e. A line of 13 words would cost $4.00, such as Amy, great job! I love you and am proud of you. From Papaw). This only includes text, no images.
- Business card size (2" x 3"): costs $30.00, may include a combination of images and text
- A half page ad (3" x 4.5"): costs $50.00, may include a combination of images and text
- A full page ad (7.5" x 4.5"): costs $100.00, may include a combination of images and text

- If you are submitting an image (pictures for the advertisement or a business card), please name the image with your own first and last name and upload the image to this folder: PROGRAM AD IMAGES
- Submit payment. Ads will not be printed without payment. Checks must be made out to PMHS. You may send payment via your student or by mailing it to:
